＜Super Position – Counter festival about Art, Love, Money, and Habitat＞tenth position paper Ho Sangun
Ho Sang-geun will be drawing things that you saw, unique dreams on a 3x5 size paper. I will be asking for a slight demand. Please explain specifically ‘as possible’ about things you saw at a real world, at least the sceneries that you saw on the way here such as a person, building or an object that was the most strange to you. The drawing won’t be admirable but, I will draw it ‘meticulously’ ‘as possible’ and mail it to you.
We share our experiences with friends and people we barely know through SNS, facebook and twitter. We talk about what was tasty, what kind of dream we had, unique incidents we experienced during a trip or a travel, or seeing someone. We can easily see how people are living and by that we can recognize the fact that we are still living without such trouble. Sometimes our stories seem so light because of that. I thought about the times when we used to receive hand written letters which was not so long ago. How it made my heart flutter while waiting for a friend’s letter, the joy when receiving it, how I carefully opened up the envelop, the sound it made when I pulled out the letter, the stories that showed my friend’s feelings every word by word. It couldn’t be more special even though it didn’t mean anything at all.
It will remain just between you and me but, the story can become special, and once again, I will be sending out the drawings to you. I would like to share the happiness when receiving a letter. Any ways come to here! (Ho Sang-geun)
